Jacob Morningstar joined One Wealth Partners Financial Group to build—alongside Steve Dark—on a strong foundation with rigor in finance, depth in markets, and a client experience rooted in clarity. He brings front-office trading and research experience across various investment market sectors, together with portfolio construction and investment management. He has managed £185M (US$240M) in client assets, served on equity and multi-asset desks, authored executive market updates, The bottom Line and led investor relationships across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and France.
An investor at heart, Jacob’s approach is process over noise: scenario analysis, cross-asset research, and risk framing translated into decisions that travel across cycles and borders. Before One Wealth, he combined hands-on markets work with team building and distribution, giving him an operator’s view of how strategy meets execution. Multilingual, speaking 4 languages, he treats culture like a balance sheet—the better you understand it, the better you allocate attention and risk.
Jacob holds a Master’s in Financial Analytics, a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management (with a minor in International Business), and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering, plus the Series 65. His mandate at One Wealth is simple: align numbers with narrative, connect capital to purpose, and keep decisions disciplined.
